A: There are many text choices available in the shop so be sure to check around. The cards are pre made so no further customization is available at this time.
Q: CAN I MIX AND MATCH THE HAIR TIE COLORS TO CREATE A COLOR COMBINATION THAT COORDINATES PERFECTLY WITH MY EVENT?
A: We work to create many different color combinations to coordinate with your events. If you have a different color selection in mind you can ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A. Most orders ship via USPS First Class with a tracking number attached to confirm delivery. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.
Q. HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A. Please allow 3-5 business days for most orders to process. This does not include shipping times. For larger orders, please allow more time.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A. Yes! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Q. AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. At this time we do not accept cancellations on orders.

A. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you have questions or concerns please contact the shop within 72 hours after receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in their original unused condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
